Shipping policy

Sublimation Blanks and any items that are on hand and fully made will be processed the same day or the next day for orders placed after 5:00 P.M. Any orders that have to be made to order are subject to a 5 -10 day turnaround time depending on the number of items ordered and order volume at the time. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE FULFILLED. IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS ON HAND ITEMS AND CUSTOM ITEMS PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE WE GET ITEMS MADE, PACKAGED, AND SHIPPED. Any customer requesting an order that needs it to be rushed should first use the message us feature at the bottom of the page for guidance from the seller. Items are shipped the moment that they are fulfilled. All of this information will be updated and sent to the customer throughout the ordering process.
